Not sure what is the next step to do, but I have my new RooExtend box powered up, Ethernet cable from it’s WAN port is connected to my Ethernet switch, the red SYS LED is blinking slowly and the green WAN & LAN LEDs are solid.

If you go in Roon to Settings/Extensions you should see this with release number 3.4.2:

Yes or No

If the release number of the License Manager is not the one visible in my screenshot above please get the rooExtend-Box manual from here and see how an update can be forced. You can find it in the Appendix starting at page 53.

If the License Manager has the correct release number please open the settings of the License Manager you should see this with rooMax included:

Yes or No

The Quick Keys dongle must be inserted before powering up the rooExtend-Box. If it is not plugged at power on the rooExtend-Box did not start the rooMax Roon Extension.
