The rooExtend-Box is shipped with release 3.0.0 by default. You can see the release number at the rooExtend-License-Manager. rooHead and rooAIDJ came with v3.2.0.
What to do? Relax 
Leave rooExtend-Box running overnight so it has internet access. You will receive the update automatically between 2Am and 4AM at night. Tomorrow morning you will be at v3.2.0 and rooHead and also rooAIDJ will appear.
