Hope those of you in the northern hemisphere are having a great summer, and we hope everyone is enjoying our new Daily Mix feature! We know many Roon users have had intermittent Daily Mixes, and we’ve conducted an extensive investigation into these issues.
While many Valence features return personalized results, releasing this particular feature to every Roon user in the world put pressure on our servers in a number of unexpected ways, and we’ve been addressing the server-side problems one by one.
We know that most users are now seeing Mixes every day now, but this release includes some additional changes to ensure mixes (and other recommendation features) are delivered consistently. If you have an active streaming service and still aren’t seeing Mixes, please let the @Roon_Support_Team know.
This release also includes a few minor changes, including more consistent display of bit depth and sample rate information, and a fix for issues updating Roon Bridge.

Roon 1.8 (Build 814) Release Notes
Roon Build 814 is now rolling out for macOS, Windows, Windows (64 Bit), Roon OS, Linux. Updated versions of Roon for Android and iOS have been submitted to their respective App Stores and will be available soon.
Version 814 of Roon Bridge is also available for Windows, Windows (64 Bit), Roon OS, Linux.
All platforms and apps should update automatically.

- Resolved issues automatically updating Roon Bridge
- Updated presentation of bit depth/sample rate information for consistency
- Resolved a bug causing unstable generation of Daily Mixes and other recommendations
