Smooth upgrade on my QNAP NAS. Everything as expected.

All working good. Except when importing new albums. Doesn’t pull them in after I “force re-scan” sometimes. Then I just have to do a restart on my Sonic Transporter i9 and it finds the new albums I’ve added to my NAS drive. It also give the “new database takes longer…” etc message but still loads up quickly. Just odd that in the past “force re-scan” worked flawlessly and now sometimes the albums aren’t recognized until I restart the ST i9.

And ignored by Roon support for weeks or more, after taking all of the necessary steps to submit a ticket. That kind of customer service can make for salty customers.
Except, the title of this thread is “Roon 1.8 (Build 880) Positive Feedback Thread.” Some of us would like to express our appreciation for the work Roon employees have put into this product. That, in no way, discounts the unfortunate situation many other Roon customers are in.
