Hi Everyone,
We perform a thorough root-cause analysis of every service outage that we experience. In the process of reviewing the intermittent failures we experienced on April 27 we discovered a regression in Roon’s search function which was causing an excessive number of network requests to be made in certain situations. Out of an abundance of caution we are issuing another hotfix to address this issue so that our customers aren’t adversely affected by an increase in server load over the weekend.
This release only applies to Roon and RoonServer so there will be no associated updates to the iOS or Android apps or RoonBridge.

Roon 1.8 (Build 936) Release Notes
Roon Build 936 is now rolling out for macOS, Windows, Windows (64 Bit), Roon OS, and Linux.
There is no update for the Roon iOS or Android apps at this time.
There is no update for Roon Bridge at this time.
All platforms should update automatically.
