Roon 1.8 reminds me of Microsoft from the late 80's and early 90's

If you worked and lived through the PC industry in the 80’s and 90’s, this upgrade is up there with the very best of Microsoft “stuff ups”.

This is those nightmares relived. Errors, fix that, new error, fix that, new error, give up!

How does an upgrade become a downgrade?

So many errors and missing or not working features that were perfect in 1.7…

Yes I worked … those were good years for Microsoft and for me with Microsoft.
As you can see, the world of emotions is very relative…

Hi. Lucky you to be on Microsoft side. We poor vendors had to do hours and days of beta testing and fixing with no compensation from Microsoft. But there were a lot of fun times. Remember “floppy disks”?
