Hello Everyone,
We’re beyond excited to introduce Smart Playlists 
a powerful new way to rediscover and organize your music. This has been one of our top feature requests for a long time and we are thrilled to now have them in Roon!
Available in Roon and ARC, Smart Playlists allow you create deep, dynamically updating playlists of albums or tracks from simple focus filters.
Use them to easily rediscover your music. With a few clicks, you can curate custom slices of your library such as: Tracks I’ve Never Heard, My Miles Davis, or My High-res Music. Unlike manual playlists, Smart Playlists automatically update, so they’ll evolve with you as you add new music to your library.
Built on album and track focuses, Smart Playlists are made in Roon and can be accessed from Roon and Roon ARC alike (including Carplay and Android Auto).
To create one, you have three options:

Click on the plus sign near playlists in the sidebar

Click on “+ New” on the playlist info page

Select a focus in the tracks or albums browser and select “Create Smart Playlist”

Installation
Cores, remotes, and ARC installations already running Roon 2.0 Production should update automatically. If you need to reinstall, the latest builds can always be found on the downloads page.
