Ok. I should be able to pull the logs and send them tomorrow (Monday).

I removed Roon from the Mac (using AppDelete to clear all of the installed files, not just the app).
I reinstalled Roon on the Mac using the disk image on the Roon site.
The problem accessing artist info is gone now. It arrived out of nowhere with the update to 970, so there is definitely an underlying issue with 970 or with the update process corrupting Roon’s files on the Mac. Who knows.
