In Tidal mobile app, we can download and listen to music in offline mode. Is there any plans to support Tidal music offline mode in Roon Arc or it will never be possible due to licensing issues?

Currently this is not possible. I suspect as you do it is due to contractual and licensing issues. I am sure Roon would like to make this possible, but, it really isn’t up to them.
