It is very cumbersome at the moment to find an album or an artist when using ARC on CarPlay.

Could a A…Z 0…9 be shown on the right side of the UI to jump to a start letter.

I do wonder if this is a restriction imposed on Roon by Apple, since searching for music while driving is a bad idea, i.e., search isn’t displayed in CarPlay, but is on the app.

Maybe do a voice search then? Or be able to say ‘Play xyz on ARC’?

but it’s still possible to search, so, wouldn’t it be safer to make searching good rather than having a terrible implementation as it is now?

There is no search in CarPlay.

oh, sorry, i was referring to arc mobile app that i use

ARC search with CarPlay should be as easy as it is with the Spotify app.
There it is possible to use Siri for searching.

And thus… I take my phone out while driving and glance at my phone screen to perform a search. Shouldn’t, but I do. Adding Siri search to the carplay app seems safer.

Another one here looking for a solution to search without having to scroll for 15 minutes… please😍!

I have another question, also related to Apple CarPlay; when I scroll from the steering wheel on Apple Music I get a full list of songs on the queue while in Roon Arc I get only the next / previous songs selectors. Any chance to integrate the queue as other services do?
