Describe the issue

Can connect to Roon ARC on WIFI but not through mobile network from remote.

Describe your network setup

Internet Router with Port Forwarding configured on standard Port 55000, was working before and I use a similar setup for PLEX which is working fine.

I suppose this means it works on the home WiFi?

Did it work for you on cellular previously? What is your ISP and IPv6 configuration?

Asking because there are two other reports where it stopped working apparently in relation to the IPv6 changes that are being tested on Early Access users, here and here

Yes, it works on the home WiFi and it was working on cellular previously. But thanks for the good information regarding IPv6 and changes being tested. I deactivated IPv6 on my router and now it is working again! Problem solved!

Nice for you, doesn’t fix it for me unfortunately :)=)

Too bad. Are you impacted by the IPv6 issue?

Apparently. I have a fixed IPv4 and it always worked with port forwarding. However, my ISP supports v6, too.

It seems that Roon made some changes during the EA testing that now make my ARC fail in every mode (only v4 enabled, only v6 enabled, and dual stack which has worked previously).

Oh well, they are investigating and it’s what EA testing is for.
