Roon Arc was working for a while then after some computer trouble and an ISP change it stopped working and haven't been able to get it working since. I've checked on the ISP app and UPnP is enabled. This is the diagnostic data:
How many routers do you have in this setup? If you search for the name of the new internet provider in these forums, there will likely be another ARC user who has posted whether or not this provider uses CG-NAT and whether a designated IP is available.

You’ll need to either a) enable UPnP and make sure it’s active in the upstream router from RoonServer or b) create a manual TCP port forwarding rule in your router using the IP and port in Roon → Settings → ARC. If you have two routers, you’ll need to Bridge one or recreate the same rule in both.
