Roon Arc error when playing DSD to Mojo 2

I can play DSD files from my phone to my Mojo 2 with no issues.
Doing the same from Roon ARC gives “An Unexpected Error Occurred”

I’m assuming this should work?

I can reproduce that error if I use Convert to PCM as the DSD Playback Strategy. I use DSD over PCM instead.

Error occurs with the DSD ‘Convert to PCM’ playback option too.

Try the DSD over PCM v1.0(DoP) setting.

I still get that error even when I change it to DSD over PCMv1.0 (DoP)

Hello!

I am not using Mojo2, I’m using a Cayin RU7 DAC and I was having an issue of being unable to play dsd files via DoP. The files were automatically being converted to PCM on ARC and I was guessing that it wasn’t bitperfect.

I found out that it was due to the Headphone safety → Reduce Loud Audio setting in IOS that was active. Once I turned it off, the DAC was able to assume the volume control and DoP worked flawlessly.
