ARC Status

Roon Arc can securely access your Roon Server

Roon Error Code

None on server.
Roon Arc clients (2)
Both Android - one connecting via T-Mobile, the other via AT&T

Arc clients will both connect and allow server to be selected.
Shows “Syncing with Roon Server for first time”
Brings “Who’s listening” with my 2 profiles
When either is selected get the following error:
“There’s an issue with your Roon Server. Your Roon Server is online but there is an issue that’s preventing access. Go to the Roon app for more information”

Describe your network setup
ISP Google Fiber

Port forwarding is established using Port 55000. Tried changing all settings, including server, to 55001. Same issue

Try uninstalling/reinstalling ARC. (You will lose any ARC downloads)

Same issue here. Occurred after latest update last week. Not very keen on uninstalling and reinstalling the ARC app as downloading everything again takes ages…
