Roon ARC Feature Request - Library Shuffle by Genre

Hi,

I did not see a feature request section under Roon Arc Category so hopefully this will be seen. I would like to request that when viewing my own library I could view Genre along with all of the other options like Artists, Albums, Tracks, Composers, etc. It looks like everything from the regular system is an option except for Genre.

I noticed that if I click on the Search option and scroll down “Genres for you” are suggested but those start Roon Radio and it plays songs that are not in my library which is nice sometimes but I would like to limit the playback to my library at times.

I would love to be able to just shuffle by genre without having to create my own genre playlists as a workaround. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Hmm, can’t you do this by going to Tracks (or albums, I forget if there are typically track-level genres) and using focus, hitting play and then turning on shuffle?

Where can I find Focus in ARC? If that works that would be great.
