I just redownloaded ROON again to try ROON arc again and I finally got it to work on Starlink with Tailscale. I love ARC it makes music sound amazing I love how I can have ROON in my pocket as well as download my hi res collection in cd quality with ease all my with the option to download everything at once it’s amazing! That being said the only issue I have had is with CarPlay. When you lose service it takes you off the now playing screen and goes back and forth with it. Other than that it’s a pretty solid app!
