This error indicates you likely have a second layer of network address translation preventing your Roon Core from accessing ARC outside the network. However, we’ll need a little more information to diagnose precisely.
Can you list the name of your internet service provider, as well as the make/model of your router? Do you have a second router in your setup as well? What about any smart switches?
