Roon ARC only works on Wi-Fi with MacBook Pro server and Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 (ref#TCN1BW)

I can't use arc unless i'm connected directly to the wifi. I have installed Roon on my MacBook Pro as a server, and I want to listen to my music on the go with a Samsung Galaxy fold 5. thanks for your help.

my cable operator is sfr in France.

Did you follow that?

I have heard that SFR in France use CG-NAT - at least on some accounts.

It that is the case, then you may have more success using Tailscale to avoid the need to set up port forwarding.

Be sure to follow the links to the setup guide for your Roon Server platform. Ie:

Not that it applies to you, but, the only platform that makes tailscale awkward to use is the original Nucleus and Nucleus Plus and some ROCK installs that use BIOS boot and will not, therefore, update RoonOs beyond version 259. Unfortunately, there is no guide for these because it is not possible to install Tailscale on the Roon Server machine.

In this case, you have to install Tailscale on a different computer as a subnet router. The computer running Tailscale does not have to be powerful - indeed a Raspberry Pi or similar with and ethernet connection (ie not a Pi Zero or Pico) will do.
