Does anyone know if the new headphones “bowers and bilki px8-s2” will be added to the OPRA database soon? Unfortunately, only the previous model is currently available.

OPRA uses community, i.e., volunteer submitted EQ that is available with an Open Source (permissive) licence.
Consequently, it will only be added if someone with these headphones shares the measurements or provides a pair to one of the source projects.

thanks for your answer. yes i am aware of the opra concept, but as in the given thread Mike_O-Neill quoted, it looks like a dead function at the moment for me. because there are no (or small updates) over the time.
but as i wrote, i will wait
Whilst OPRA hasn’t pulled updates for a while, it doesn’t matter since neither AutoEQ nor oratory1999 has the data.
Moreover, in the referenced thread Roon has stated that they are working on automated updating from the sources.
