I have added a few things to my library earlier today and from experience I know that any attempt at a back-up will fail for 2 or 3 days. In practice what that means is that unless I halt all library edits then it is often several weeks before I get a successful backup.
At 1 a.m. the automated backup failed in the same way as the forced back-up above and with the same error message described by the OP in this thread and in the same way as I reported 10 months ago.
Look, I’m tired of Roon support showing up with questions a week after I raise issues. And frankly, you never really fix issues, You just ask more question, until I give up. I gave up on ARC and I’m giving up on this issue. As you can see from other repiies, other people are having the same issue. So I’m done playing this game. You win. But if you want your company to improve, you people really need to make a SERIOUS commitment to tech support. Goodbye.

@Jack_Cobetto please understand that certain issues can be difficult to pin down, especially without familiarity in the local LAN setup the issue is occurring in. If you’d like to continue troubleshooting, feel free to provide that timestamp and we’d be happy to take a closer look.
