Roon can't find DAC attached to Innuos Zen

Hi,
I wanted to try out ROON so I set my Innuos ZEN MK3 to act as a ROON CORE through the innuos sense app. I believe this worked since in ROON/Settings/general ROON CORE says Zen, but when I go to ROON/Settings/audio my MHDT DAC is listed under connected to core but also says device not found. Any ideas. I find this all a bit confusing but hoping I can get it to work. Thanks, Jon

So I am half-way through my trial and haven’t been able to use it once. Anyone have any ideas. I am sure I am doing something dumb but can’t figure why this is happening. Is there any information that I need to post in order for this to be troubleshot? Many thanks.
