Roon + Chord DAVE with Tidal Master/MQA

Hi Roon/Chord DAC users

Is it true that Roon can help stream Tidal Master 192 files to Chord DAVE whereas the Tidal app couldn’t?

With Chord Dave, Roon will do the 1st MQA unfold (up to 96kHz). This is the same that the Tidal desktop app can do.

It can then upsample that first unfold to 192/24 if you instruct Roon to do so. That is the bit Tidal cannot do.
