do you have a flaky ethernet cable from the core to the switch or maybe to the endpoint or other devices…maybe its causing a lot of retransmissions on the network and cousung some dropouts / lost packets

Are you able to provide a more detailed breakdown of how your network is connected, as well as how your endpoints are currently connected to your network?
Does your Netgear GC510P switch have any logging or debugging options? (Ports opening and closing etc.) Page 386 in this manual is useful to pass along: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/GC110/GC110-P-GC510P-PP_UM_EN.pdf
Lastly, please try removing your switch from the setup and see if your issue persists. In general, the more we can simplify and test, then slowly add each piece back into the puzzle will be crucial for learning where our issue is occurring
