@Mike_LC You get any updates on your support ticket? Been using my Kindle more as a remote since they fixed the busted fonts, and the locked/blank now playing screen issue is as annoying as ever. Just curious.
I added more information to the ticket when I had another occurrence of the issue. It is in the queue to be worked on but I don’t know where it stands.
It usually only happens to me when I leave the remote on the queue screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the remote app when it occurs but the last time it happened the first thing I did was select menu then overview and that made Overview the initial page in the direction chain again. It is a workaround vs the delete/reinstall.
Have you ever used an index that you can see? Lots of times, there are things in an index you might not know how to search for. Browsing the index tips you off, and gives you reference points and relationships. Quit being difficult. You’re clearly arguing for no reason.
