Whenever I receive a message from Tidal about a new album, I try to find it in Roon. Without any success.
I do have a Tidal account, so Roon will search in the Tidal database. I don’t understand why Roon cannot find this new album, since it is available in Tidal.
Can someone help me out?

In this case it usually helps to favorite it on Tidal and then it should sync into Roon.
Though sometimes releases appear on Tidal as placeholders before the actual release date. Then you can see the album on Tidal but can’t yet play it there, either.
