Are you using Tidal by any chance? If so, you may want to read this post by @mike and apply the suggested fix:

Program won't load past intro splash screen

Nicely done, we just fixed a bug in this area. @Bret_Schnorenberg, would you mind going into the database on your Core and deleting this file: Database/Registry/Core/tidal_account You can find information about where to find your database here. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
