Hello support, noticed you fixed Roon remote a couple weeks back after IOS 11 was released, what about an update for essentials? My text and control is so small it’s unusable.
Didn’t see any updates for Essential going on three months…
Anyone else having this issue???

Sorry forgot to call out this is on iPhone 8 Plus, on my older iPad mini it’s just fine…
Technical Support for Roon Essentials is provided by the vendor, not Roon Labs.

Understood- although what needs to be corrected is in Roon not the Elac server, knowing this was fixed with Rmote and seeing the same issue in Essentials one could conclude Roon would be executing the fix on their side, my Discovery is working perfectly.

@Mitchel_Thompson – we don’t control the updates for Essentials, that is in the domain of the partner. We can’t go rolling out fixes or updates without their involvement or coordination. This is one of the reasons we ask you to go to ELAC support in this situation.
