I have the latest HQP and ROON updates and still get stopage with 2 seconds left. This is playing PCM only (not DSD). Does anyone know if this can be solved? Or whether it is a ROON issue or HQP issue?
I’ve seen something similar, but haven’t had a chance to run to ground what’s happening. However, I think it might be when the track list switches to playing a high-res track next … something I’ve seen in a previous iteration.
Sometimes I have seen it related to change of sample rate, but not always. I don’t think this is a new topic, but I have never seen it resolved. Is it possible for someone from ROON to weigh in and say whether this is a ROON issue or HQP issue?
