Roon interface changes color

Hi all,

I’ve been following this topic https://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_message/81116956#81116956 for awhile on my favorite Dutch tech forum.

And in one of the last few posts someone mentioned it was weird that the Roon interface changes the background color when he selected a certain album. (Tiersen: Island by Tiersen; Jeroen van Veen).

I’ve looked up the album myself and indeed with both Dark and Light themes Roon’s interface color changes. With the album selected the Dark theme gets a bit of a grey hue. The Light theme becomes more like a dirty white color. Instead of black or white.

Leaving the album page the theme colors return to normal.

I can’t say that I have seen this happening before. Have anyone else ever noticed something similar happening?

It once confused me, too, but it’s simply based on the genre: The Classical genre gets the grey-ish hue. Apparently someone thought it’s more elegant that way.
