Roon not playing through NAD M50

I have a NAD M50 music server and up until recently I have been able to connect to the M50 through the Roon app and play my library, Tidal and Radio with no issues. Today I tried to play via Roon rather than the NAD BluOS app. Every thing worked on the iPad I use to control the NAD. I could see the NAD, the album I selected came up and even the path through Roon and the NAD was showing everything as normal. But the music was not playing and the graph at the bottom that shows the volume of the track had the indicator that shows where in the track the music is at did not move. Not sure what is happening? Any advice would be great.

Try rebooting everything
