Roon not recognizing dCS Rossini

Hi Roon Community -

I’m working with Room core on Mac Mini and I stream with dCS Rossini Apex DAC/Transport.

I was streaming fine this AM until I updated macOS which then caused Roon to see any devices, including Rossini.

Wondering if Rossini had a firmware, I checked the dCS Mosaic native app and noticed a couple things: 1. I could play stream fine using the native app and 2. there was a network firmware update ready.

After updating the Rossini firmware, I’m still unable to find it using Roon.

Please advise.

Quite a lot of people have experienced device discovery problems with Sequoia. In most cases, this dance seems to help:

Mac Sequoia updated some of its security settings. I had to go into the Mac’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network tab and cycle Off then On to the Roon slider to re-open the connection to Roon from my MacBook Pro
