Roon not recognizing Qobuz streaming service

Core – Innuos Zen
Connected with AT&T Wifi

I can connect to the music inside the Zen but am unable to stream.
Roon show under Services and Qobuz “No Stream formats available”

However, I can stream from Qobuz when I am not connecting through Roon.

I was able to stream in the past but just recently got a new Qobuz account and replaced the old one with the new one. I shut all Qobuz accounts on all devices down, shut down Roon, shut down the core. I then put the new account on and still says no streaming but I am able to play from the Innuos storage.



Reboot everything, including router. If that doesn’t work, post in the Roon Support category.

Try…Log Out, Reboot, Log In…sometimes works
