Chilling with Dead and Company the past few of evenings has been just the ticket! I’ve already added several other artists’ shows to Listen Later.
Let’s keep this thread good vibes only. There are plenty of other threads for troubleshooting and critical feedback.
The latest Metallica shows from the Middle East are 
So much great stuff on nugs. Underground Springhouse, Eggy, Dizgo, Space Bacon, Dogs in a Pile, Counting Crows, a handful of Rainbow Kitten Surprise…wait until tours begin again and you get multiple new shows everyday.
The thing that would make the Roon integration perfect for me would be the ability to add shows to my library and tag them. Adding them on Roon does get them to the “My Nugs” tab within Roon, but the inability to tag is a big miss for me.
I have a local library of well over 1000 concert recordings in addition to hundreds more on LivePhish (which is powered by NUGS and was the first commercial use of NUGS platform), and hundreds on NUGS. Every single local show and show that happens to also be on Tidal is tagged to the year of the performance. I use these tags daily. For example, I hit tag 1974, then I further hit Wall of Sound as the second tag and it shows me all my Dead shows from ‘74 during the wall of sound period.
Let us add nugs shows to our libraries in Roon and tag them and at least for me, that would be the cherry on top that finally links it all together.

Enjoying all the recent moe. shows on nugs through Roon. I want to get caught up on String Cheese Incident and Widespread Panic soon. Any word on when Play Dead might be integrated into Roon via nugs? I have to play directly from nugs on my computer via Wi-Fi to my Cambridge Audio CXN v2 streamer for Play Dead but can only play on 1 device when playing directly from nugs. Roon allows me to stream to all my devices which is convenient as I have two of the Cambridge Audio streamers. Nugs is otherwise seamless through Roon. It was a great idea to link nugs to Roon. I’ll be glad when full integration occurs like with Qobuz and Tidal, especially for Play Dead with all the extra concert drops that are otherwise not available commercially.
Have they made it so Dead Play integrate seamlessly in Roon without a Nugs subscription?
