Describe the issue

I‘ve been on the Early Access program for a while, but have recently noticed that Roon is loading for a longer time, and sometimes freezes completely, requiring me to restart my server. I want to switch back to production, but a new install didn’t change the status of my Innuos Zen MkII back to production.

Describe your network setup

Roon core is an Innuos Zen MkII

Whatever Early Access users get as updates will be moved to production updates about two weeks later anyway (unless there’s a bug that gets caught during EA), so simply moving to production will most likely not cure whatever the underlying problem is.

So moving to production is, of course, fine if you prefer, but you may still need to go to the trouble of figuring out what’s wrong. How to make the switch on the Innuos depends on the configuration methods the device offers, but I suppose it will be the essentially same procedure as you did when you moved it to EA in the first place. (Edit: And that may be a question best asked to Innuos)

Hi @Satyadhara,

I’ve moved this thread to Early Access for our QA team to monitor. If you want to switch between branches, you’ll need to follow the steps here beyond reinstalling the server:
