We’d be happy to provide additional assistance if you could let us know where along the steps you’re having difficulty; that would be most helpful.
If the issue is access the webUI of your ROCK, here are a few ways you can access this:
Navigate to your Roon Settings>Setup>Find Roon OS>Find>Click the purple IP address. This will open the webUI for your ROCK.
From there, it will be clear to see the ‘Missing Codecs’ in red.

I think I got it solved as the room interface no longer reports any codecs missing as it did before. In the meantime I’ve changed my process to at least temporarily not require the squeezelite bridge as my end point is roon ready. I’m still using roon as the primary mechanism to send tidal and Qobuz tracks to my streamer (Naim 555). I haven’t had any skips or interruptions using it this way. I might try once more with a squeezelite bridge mode to see if it’s still occurring.
