If I go into Into My Library and select Shuffle under Artists or Albums… Roon will often (but not always) play Tidal’s low-res version instead of my own hi-res version residing on my local server even though I’ve selected my hi-res version as “primary”.
Anyway, I thought Roon/Tidal defaulted to the hi-res version wherever it resided but… it ain’t.
This occurs about 50% of the time.
It also, on occasion, plays a higher-res version than mine which… I’m super okay with. I just want to stop it from playing lower-res than what I already have.
Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?
