Roon Server does not detect newly added albums to the library

Synology NAS DS718+/ Roon Server 1.7 667

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Synology connected via ethernet for transport

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Ethernet - Audio PC DIY

Description Of Issue

Recently, my Roon Server on Synology NAS doesn’t detect newly added albums to the library. Only stopping and restarting the Roon Server service on Synology NAS helps. Where is the problem ?

Hello,

I would like to add that Roon Core does not respond to any changes in the music library. For example, deleting an album is also visible in the library only after the server restart.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know that we are still working on this, and that while I can’t provide specific timelines just yet, this remains a high priority issue for us. In the meantime, clicking the 3 dots next to the watched folder in Settings > Storage and choosing Force Rescan will allow any new files to be added to Roon.
