Did you try the suggestion from last time?
And are the firewall exceptions still in place and working? Sometimes a Windows update can reset them.
The Naim app & streaming system also does 5% of what Roon does and works very differently. When using the Naim app for streaming Qobuz, the Naim streamer downloads compressed FLAC files from Qobuz and they are decoded on the streamer. This is nice in some ways because due to the system architecture it is much less demanding on the network compared to Roon and it’s simply not directly comparable insofar as a network may well work for this but not for Roon. On the other hand, it also creates limitations compared to Roon.
Of course, if the Naim app does all you need, then there is no need to pay for Roon
