Roon stops playing Tidal error messafe

Hi all,

I have an issue with the latest Roon software.

When playing local files, Roon plays ok no problem.

When playing through Tidal, the software could not playing any music and I got the message “play back interrupted because tracks fail to load”.

It happens for all Tidal tracks

I restarted the whole computer and reset Roon and even reinstalled Roon and still cannot resolve this issue. Please advice if you have any idea.

You can try doing the following:

  • Close Roon on the Core machine
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the 'Tidal' folders elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and see if the issue is still present

I tried your method, it does not work. Still the same error, any suggestion?
