Looking for Roon to stream to Dynaudio Music speaker ecosystem as it does with Sonos.

You can indeed use Airplay to stream to the Music serie. I wouldn’t hold my breath to wait for some real Roon integration. The last update for the speakers is more than a year old and the software can use some work (my opinion). It seems that Dynaudio has given up on further developing this serie. It really is a shame because they sound better than any competitor out there.
