Roon v 2.0 1401 reports ARC ok, but I can't connect from ARC

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Netgear Orbi router
NUC and router hardwired
No VPN

    Fastspeed (1GB Fiber)

  2. Please list the make and model of your modem and router?
    Fiber box → Netgear Orbi 850

  3. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?
    No

  4. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?
    No

Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

NUC has Static IP
I have static/permanent IP with my provider
Port 56000 is forwarded to NUC’s static IP
UPnP is off (on makes no difference, and it has worked with UPnP off before)
Roon report ARC “Ready”
When starting ARC on iPhone, it keeps searching for Roon server, both on wi-fi and outside the home.


I’d uninstall arc on the phone and install again.
