I found multiple instances of roonappliance, roon and raatserver. Stopped all instances and deleted from the Windows firewall. Deleted Roon and checked that the firewall was set for private as per your recommendation. Reinstalled 1311. everything seems to be working great. Now to install 1353. Appreciate your quick response.
