Does anyone know why the display on my C658 sometimes says Roon and other times Roon Ready?
Just a guess, one is via Airplay the other via Roon (RAAT)
Have you got both selected under audio settings, maybe turn off the AirPlay one there and see if that solves the issue.
Signal path is the same for both instances. However, I have discovered a pattern. If I use the BluOS source on the device and play straight from Roon from there, the top left says “Roon.” If I am using another input, such as Optical 1, then hit play on Roon and let the C658 switch itself to the BluOS input, it will say Roon Ready.
Any ideas of why this behavior exists, or if this is an issue in regards to playback? I haven’t noticed anything in particular but am new to Roon. Anyone else experiencing this who has this or a similar device?

I had some display oddities when I had my T778 but it works I would not worry about it. BluOs and Roon are not without their niggles. If it bothers you report to NAD but I doubt anything will come of it their support for this stuff isn’t great and It’s down to them to fix it not Roon.
