Roon Will no longer bootup on Windows10 pc

Roon hangs on startup on my windows10 pc. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the roon windows10 software, but Roon still hangs on startup. I have also uninstalled Roon (windows10) software, restarted my pc, and then reinstalled Roon software. Roon still hangs up on startup.

It was working fine earlier today and for the past several weeks.
