Roon will not play Radio Station 96.3 XKE in Fort Wayne, IN

Hello, there is a good classic rock station, 96.3 XKE in Fort Wayne, IN.

It says not available when you try to play in ROON, but it is still available.

Any idea? Or does roon need to fix link to the station?
