Roon won't play mp3 converter song from youtube

I download a youtube into mp3 coverter song and roon won’t play it. i have roon as my default. itunes has no problem playing it.

Can you play other mp3s? What are you using as the Roon Server?

Im using my laptop model as my roon server. I haven’t been able to get roon to play YouTube converter mp3 to play.

So what is running there, Windows? Linux?

And can you play other mp3s, just not the YT converter one?

I m using windows latest version. The song is c drive.

I just used yt converter because i find it on other prchase music downloads. I normally don’t do youtube download converter.

Some of those converters produce 32 bit mp3s. Roon can’t play many if not most of those. Try using an audio conversion program (there are many free ones, like Audacity) to convert it to a 16 or 24 bit file if that is the case.

I tried a few youtube audio converters and still won’t recognize it. It’s in my c drive in laptop.
