Roon won't show Title for Track if i choose "Prefer File" or Edit one myself

Hi all,

So, I have some albums where roon was able to identify the albums, but i would prefer if the tracktitels would be choosen from the file.

I changed it for every song, i changed it for the album, but still:

Do you guys have any idea why it would not work?

Also: I just found out that it will show the right name under credits:

Because Roon isn’t displaying track titles in those cases, but part titles for a multi-part compositions.

Your options are:

• disable the display of multi-part compositions for each album you deem necessary (edit album at the bottom IIRC)
• add work and part tags to your files (see the guide below)
• learn to live with how things are in Roon (likely the best option for streaming content)

I think it is the only option for streaming content since we can’t add work/part/section to streamed content in our library.
