I have a MacOS core: this is the error message below I get when I try to set up the RoonArc: any thoughts on how I might address this? I have my UpNp settings turned on per the troubleshooting tips but still nothing working: thanks

Hi,

I think you need to create a manual port forwarding.

Take a look in the Roon App under Settings —> Roon Arc and write down the ip address and port number.

Take a look at the video below for a how to for a Fios Router (don’t know if it’s the same model, but hope the video helps).

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Hey @Frank_Barczykowski,

Following up on @Maarten_Duits’ suggestion, were you able to get port forwarding squared away successfully?

I’ll be here in case you need additional assistance
