I do like the Network Diagnostic and Time Zone additions to the Web UI. Nice work!
(note: I run PiHole in my Home network - hence the unusual DNS Server address)
Unfortunately, build 281 seems to have broken access to network shares…
I removed the share and tried recreating it and got this:
Working fine on NUC Rock including local files on NAS
Bet that you are using the IP address of your NAS and not its DNS hostname…

Same errors
No problem here with accessing SMB shares on my NAS from the RoonServer using local host names. Maybe an issue with DNS resolution of local hostnames in specific network setups?
