Any way to reposition the Roon sections on the home screen in a different order or disable them? I’d like to remove or at least lower the “Recently Added” section and see Genres or “Featured Artist”.

In a word, no … though there are rumors of a major UI shake up… but no timeline for that.
Big issue for me on the iPhone interface but would be great to have flexibility everywhere.
